OUR STORY
Who We Are
The Foundation for Public Health Promotion (FPHP) is a South African Non-Profit Company (NPC) established in 2018, providing multidisciplinary technical assistance, capacity building, research, and data-driven solutions across the public health and development sectors.
We partner with government departments, NGOs and NPOs, universities, philanthropic foundations, international donors, and private sector organisations to design, strengthen, and scale high-impact programmes across South Africa and the SADC region.
FPHP operates at the intersection of public health, clinical medicine, climate resilience, data analytics, health systems, supply chain management, governance, and leadership, enabling our partners to move beyond fragmented interventions toward integrated, sustainable solutions.
Our Purpose
FPHP exists to strengthen systems, build institutional capacity, and generate evidence that improves health and development outcomes for underserved communities.
Rather than delivering isolated projects, we focus on long-term systems strengthening, ensuring that programmes are effective, accountable, and capable of sustained impact.
